About Dr. Ratliff

Dr. David Ratliff was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana. After high school he was enrolled in the pharmacy school at Butler University. After suffering a back injury he was drawn into the medical establishment’s treatment regime of drugs, injections, physical therapy, and finally surgery were all performed. His conditioned only worsened. Finally, a friend introduced him to a chiropractor where he finally received the true correction his spine required. He quickly came to the realization that drugs were not the way to true health and focused more on masking the symptoms as opposed to healing. He left pharmacy school to pursue a career in Chiropractic. He finished his undergraduate work at Anderson University and Ball State University and then entered Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. It was there he received his doctorate in December of 1998.

Dr. Ratliff opened The Northland Chiropractic Center over seven years ago. He currently enjoys success in treating auto accident injuries and work related injuries. He also treats general insurance and self pay patients. Headaches, Neck pain, back pain, joint pain, asthma, and allergies are just a few of the symptoms he’s had great results with.

Dr. Ratliff currently employs the diversified technique as well as soft tissue work. He is also skilled in nutritional and exercise techniques. He is also able to cast patients for orthotics and assist patients with weight loss.

His hobbies include golf, basketball, guitar, physical fitness, mountain biking, and target shooting.
